The Construction Association of New Brunswick is leading the country by working with government and industry partners to develop real solutions, and programs to help break down barriers in recruiting internationally into the New Brunswick construction sector.
100 Day Challenge
In January 2024, CANB embarked on its largest project as an organization. We were the first project, of any kind, in the country to use the internationally recognized 100 day challenge methodology to find innovative immigration pathways into the NB construction industry. This highly successful and innovative project has been recognized as a national leading approach to bringing government and industry together to come up with industry led solutions to the recruitment challenges our industry is facing.

Stay tuned for exciting developments in 2025!
